A Full refund will be given only in the following circumstances if all conditions are met
If you have not filed a VAT return using the software and you have notified us within 7 days of purchase of a licence.
sheets MTD does not provide refunds at any time for any other reason than stated above. A detailed description of what each software product does is also documented on the sheetsMTD website and within the software product’s Help.
